Optum, User Experience Design Studio (UXDS) – Research Lab Developed journey maps, large-scale case studies, and optimized HTML code to meet WCAG standards. Led video research by recording user interactions across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Conducted card sorting exercises to structure site content for UHG, UHC, and Optum.com. All tasks were grounded in usability testing, focusing on evaluating the user-friendliness of products and services.
