Patient Experience
Visual narratives for the patient experience "Transparency In Action," a UnitedHealthcare initiative that empowers patients to understand their health care costs. The visual representation of the patient experience helped to uncover areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize the experience.
Customer Experience Included: Storyboards, UI, UX Site Design, and Print. The project was a collaboration between UnitedHealthcare, and Optum UXDS.
